Project and Contract Management
InteGen can provide project and contract management services to developers, consultants and contractors. For major projects, Peter Mayell is available. Peter has very significant experience as a remediation scheme project manager or project director (See ‘Project Experience’). For smaller schemes, more junior project managers are available. Services we could provide include:
- Overall project management, coordinating (and if required sourcing) all other roles, project planning and progress reporting
- Sourcing of contractors/sub-contractors (tendering and evaluation of tenders)
- Contract management; preparation or approval of interim valuations, negotiation of changes, cost control and reporting
- Dispute case review and negotiations
Project management roles can be based on or off site as appropriate.
